- Sale and installation of carpets, curtains, blinds, wallpapers, mattresses, and sofa sets

- Home delivery and professional installation services
- After-sales support and warranty services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
a) Order Placement
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
b) Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
c) Payment
We accept various payment methods including cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online banking. Payment must be made in full before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For custom orders, we may require an advance payment.
d) Quotations
Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are subject to site inspection and measurement verification.
4. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and location.
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the agreed timeline, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Installation services are provided by our trained professionals. You must ensure that the installation site is ready and accessible.
- Any damages or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.
- Delivery and installation charges may apply based on location and product type.
5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
a) Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or manufacturing begins. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or in person at our stores.
b) Return Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Custom-made products, cut fabrics, and installed items are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
c) Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Products that have been exposed to extreme conditions
- Color fading due to exposure to sunlight (for curtains and fabrics)
